MODULES
My MODULAR SOFT-SKILL TRAINING consists of different, mutually adapted topics. The composition of the individual MODULES is always done in consultation with the customer.
The duration of each module is different and depends on the weighting you want to dedicate to the topic, but also on the time available. Speaking of time: a reasonable training needs a little time, especially since exercises are part of a training. I will gladly help you with the time planning!
The contents of the individual modules are kept flexible so that they can be adapted to the time available and to your conditions and ideas.

An example: if you would like to integrate your reporting into the training, we can discuss this with you.
Each module, but also the content topics can be booked individually. For example, there is a MODULE with the main topic: “E-MAILS / correct writing and answers”. This content topic is part of the module in a shortened form: CUSTOMER ORIENTATION, but can be carried out as an independent course if desired!
